We are looking into this. Seems like deleting app data is working for most but not all. @StingJ make sure you add your New World app data zip to the ticket. It’s what will help us the most. The CS representative can walk you through how to get it if you’re not sure.

They are currently ongoing! Worlds that have others being merged into should not be under maintenance.

Expertise System

• Yellow Topaz no longer has a minimum drop time.
• Black Gypsum min drop time has been reduced from 10m to 5m.
• Purple Gypsum min drop time has been reduced from 120s to 30s.
• Increased the Umbral gained from casts from 3-200 to 100-400.
• Increased the Umbral gained from crafting from 1-85 to 25-100.
• To provide another avenue for players to increase their Expertise by adding a Gypsum Orb that can be purchased from the Faction Shops once per day.

While we initially worked to make sure each world had a strong population based on faction diversity after this batch of merges and peak concurrent player population during peak time, we understand that language and being able to speak in your preferred language is very important.

• Anu and Ekur will be merging into Irkalla
• Kitezh, Modun and Lanka will be merging into Apsu
