More like a GWD boss than Wintertodt. It's combat rather than skilling based.
Finally, in addition to her main unique drop, every player who contributes enough will have a chance of getting one of her tertiary drops. These are the pet, jar and clue scroll drops. The chance of getting one of these drops is based upon how high the players contribution is.This is repeated in the blog btw.

I've done some digging and I think I've managed to locate the account that you're referring to.
If I do have the correct account then the reason for the ban is that you recently bought the staking account from a rather prolific account/gold seller.

Not an option, unfortunately :/ I can render out a map without any town names or icons but the walls and floors/paths/water don't seem to have a toggle.
We usually aim to start the 30 countdown timer at 11am UTC, with the game update occurring at 11:30am UTC. I see nothing to suggest it'll be any later than that.

So you never planned it to be tough enough to force 100% grouping or you admit that you can not make hard enough content to disable chance of soloing?
Since ironmen are a thing, this is big question on everyones' mind.
We never wanted to force grouping with this one.
As developpers how do you feel when someone takes something you built and finds an alternative way of defeating the content?

Although it says that it can't be appealed on the offences page, the ban actually can be appealed through this page https://support.runescape.com/hc/en-gb/articles/115002238729-Account-Bans
I believe that there's a request in with the web team to get the offences page updated to be more clear about this.
