Would it be possible to kludge the Lightning Warp code by implementing a piecewise function to count any increased durations as 0?
No. Stats have one value. If you have multiple sources of a stat, the stat has the final value resulting from summing them. It does not have all the in-between values.
If Lightning Warp has a base_skill_effect_duration_+% value of -20 (20% reduced), that could be because of a single 20% reduction, or because of a 100% reduction and an 80% increase, or any combination for which the result is -20. The calculation can't know because there's no difference. The stat is just the value, the increases aren't separate.
Wish granted! Although there's some things to note: Beyond will cost 4C, no longer grant 20% quantity and Beyond bosses will be able to drop maps.
Just make Lightning Warp have "Unaffected by increases to skill effect duration".
This is fundamentally not possible. It would need to apply to reductions as well, because increases and reductions are the same thing. That thing just gets described slightly differently when it's negative. And I don't think turning reductions off is something people would want.

This is an ongoing topic of discussion internally though we don't have any news to share at the moment. None of the solutions we have discussed so far are simple and clean.
The last one we talked about was a way to bulk-convert all the maps from an old-series tab into the current series, where it converts them to equivalent maps of the same tier, but the concern we had internally was that people actually wanted to keep their maps as the old series for collectibility. It would mean that when a new expansion comes out, you take out whichever ones you want to specifically have for your "old maps" collection, and then bulk-convert the rest of them and the tab to the new series and keep playing. Does this actually solve the problem properly?
I'm wondering about Aul's Uprising and Watcher's Eye. Are they going to update these items?
That’s right, there will be new Aul’s Uprising versions and a number of new Watcher’s Eye modifiers.
That's super weird. I'll find out why that's happening and get it fixed. In the meantime, if you want the Vampiric Armour Pack or any of it's individual pieces on sale, you can email customer support and they should be able to arrange it for you. The discount is 50% right now. You'll need to email them during the time of the sale or it may not be possible.
