It's not that they don't know how to climb a mountain before you research it. It's that they don't have the logistical power or infrastructure to sustain an army on a mountain before you do. Or at least that's my head canon.

We mentioned Imperia back in 2020.
We've also referred to the Cymantini Forest and Zeboya (Zebasi) in 2021.
