I linked my account with gamepass and it said the game would arrive shortly in your games but its been like 7 hours

@juiicegawd_ Welcome to the forums. In this situation, I recommend going to >> account.ubi.com and making sure the Xbox account with the Game Pass is linked to your Ubisoft profile. In addition, once you have "claimed" the game on Game Pass, it should be activated in your library and available to download from the Ubisoft Connect Launcher.

Again, make sure to check for the game in the Ubisoft Connect launcher to download.

Hi all, I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing the game. I'm seeing the game on all of your accounts, so it looks like the game has been properly granted. It will show up in your Ubisoft Connect library, not in the Game Pass application. You can download Ubisoft Connect from this page.

If anyone still needs to claim the game, please follow the instructions found in this FAQ and let me know if you run into any trouble.

Hi @wolfinstein22 and @Imon_controller ! I see you both now have Rainbow Six Extraction on your account. Please let me know if you are still unable to locate that.

If you have previously claimed the Ubisoft game on PC Game Pass, and then unsubscribed from the service, the game will not remain on your account.
