I am sorry to hear that you disconnected from a game and were unable to rejoin.

Regrettably, we cannot reverse that loss or restore any lost MMR. Is this an issue you are often faced with?

Hey rgfvvgft6565. I'm incredibly sorry to hear that this happened. While Support is not able to adjust rank or restore lost ranked points, I'd be more than happy to get this reported for you. Were you able to grab any video evidence of this as it was happening during the match?

Sorry to hear that. If you do come across anyone you suspect is affecting the connection, please try to report them in-game. If not able to, please provide their usernames on Facebook or Twitter in a private/direct message. Alternatively, you can also create a support ticket.

Do you see the abandonment sanction immediately when launching the game, or does it appear after playing?

Does the abandonment sanction ever end, or does it stay there permanently?

Thank you for the feedback regarding the abandon system.

We'll pass this onto the team however at the moment, any instance of leaving the game can be counted as an abandon.

Sorry for the inconvenience. It may be worth giving our connectivity troubleshooting steps a try if you find this is a common occurrence.

Unfortunately we can't assist you with resetting your placement matches. However we can help you to resolve the file corruption error you've mentioned. This error message usually means the game and/or Ubisoft Connect is being blocked by your antivirus software, please add Rainbow Six: Siege and Ubisoft Connect to your AV's exceptions list.

- Date / Time of the match
- Username(s) of those responsible
- Any evidence

Darkshadow_xx, if you are being warned of having left an Ongoing Game while still queueing, please confirm the Date(s) / Time(s) you've experienced this so we can pass this onto the team for investigation.

GlideChampion, I'm afraid we do not have the facilities to adjust any player's MMR or Ranks. I would advise avoiding having higher performance programs running alongside the game as this can put you at risk of crashes. Please give the steps in our guide a try if crashing is a common occurrence for you.
