[2020] Can't buy R6 Credits

Sorry to hear you haven't received your credits, they can take 24 hours to show up in game as it can take 24 hours for the payment to process. If it's been longer than 24 hours please upload a full screen image showing your receipt from the orders page on the Microsoft website to a Support ticket.

Hello! Being unable to purchase R6 Credits on console is something that we have investigated and implemented fixes for, however some players are still affected.

Our current recommend is to purchase digital content & currency directly from the Xbox Store.

I appreciate it's not ideal, but it is a valid workaround!

Have you ever had a chance to purchase anything else through PSN store? If you have and it worked, then I do not see a reason why it shouldn't .

One of the main reasons that sometimes can stop PSN purchases from being delivered in-game, such as R6S credits for example, is due to having physical copy of the game for one region, whilst your actual PSN account is for another region. In this case, any additional content purchase you make via PSN store will not be delivered. Nevertheless however, if that does happen, reach out to us by providing a record of purchase and we will look into it for you!
