To troubleshoot TTS activation issues please close the Uplay Client, navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\cache\ownership, and delete all files located in this folder. Let me know if that helps!

Can you confirm for me whether you have tried the troubleshooting suggestions made on the previous page of this thread?

In particular, can you please try to run Steam and Uplay PC with administrator rights?

You should be able to access it without being asked for a key when it goes live again

If you are being asked for a key to enter the Test Server, that is because the server is not online. We periodically perform maintenance and update it, so it's not online at all times
