So when I get onto R6 After I finish a game I go check my Battle Pass to check what I got and When I click it, it says something like "Synchronizing Battle Pass Data" and I have no clue what that means and I wait a little but nothing happens. Please help me out.

I'm sorry to hear you ran into this error message. When you closed and rebooted the game, did you see any change in your Battle Pass progress?

If this same message pops up again, I recommend completing some connectivity troubleshooting to help clear up potential conflicts.

If the issue persists and you don't see your Battle Pass progress after restarting the game, please update this thread.

Hey guys, thanks for all of your input so far and sorry to those who are affected by this.

I've had a closer look at it and there seem to have been some slight confusion. The issue regarding Battle Pass synchronization is something that has been indeed brought up a while back however is something that has been supposedly addressed, however since the recent patch, I understand that issue resurfaced, therefore if possible, may I kindly check the following:

  1. Did issue start to happen since latest season or was it on-going since a while back?
  2. How often do you experience this? Does it occur each time there's any progression made within the Battle Pass?
  3. Did you notice any consistencies that may help to reproduce this, such as whether issue may occur only after playing certain game modes for example?


In the meantime, to add to what's been suggested, if you haven't already, try verifying your game files too and see how it goes.

If you're still experiencing this issue, please confirm that you've completed all the steps in our PC connectivity guide. This will help rule out some potential causes of the issue.

If the issue persists after those steps, could you provide a screenshot of the "synchronizing battle pass data" message?

@skkarlos Thank you for the update and apologies for the annoyance this continues to be. I have shared this thread with the team along with the information shared here to further look into. To help gather some further information, could you share with us a quick video clip of this happen right after a match and possibly one showing you restarting the game and showing the results taken to see your progressions? If there is any additional information that the team may need to further investigate this, we will be keeping this thread updated.

Hey there @Cavendar-ECO , thanks for sending across your report of this issue, and for this screenshot showing what happens. I really appreciate this!

Our teams have not been able to reproduce this issue with the latest version, so I'd like to ask you to perform a couple of troubleshooting steps, just to make sure the report we're sending across is matching a game environment we can replicate on our end.

Can you start with our troubleshooting guide. In particular from this guide, please make sure you are running the game with administrator rights, you've verified the game files, you've got your graphics drivers and Windows install fully updated, and you don't have any background programs which could interfere with the game.

Please also check the PC connectivity guide. In particular from the guide, in this case, please make sure you've reset your network hardware, you're on a wired connection (at least temporarily for testing purposes), and you've checked for conflicting programs such as firewalls, VPNs, or downloader programs.

Let me know if the issue pops up again after those steps, and I'll add that information to our report. Thanks again for reaching out!
