Suddenly almost all my operators do not appear, that were bought years ago. Now are blocked and i can´t use them, i need to buy them again since yesterday. Why is this happening?

I've created a case under your account and would like to ask you to do the following:

1. Visit our support website website
2. Login to your account
3. Select the drop-down menu on the top right and click 'My cases'
4. Once redirected, select case 13291422
5. Put down description of your issue as well as the steps you've already tried
6. Also, attach screenshots showing your installed extra content for the game as well as a record of purchase for the game

Once provided, we will have a look and get back to you!

Hello everyone, welcome to the forums and thank you for contacting us about your missing Operators.

Players can share Year Pass 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 Operators on the same Xbox console but using different Xbox account names.

Players are not able to share skins, vanity purchases, operator bundles bought in-game, or operators unlocked with renown.

These can only be used on the Xbox account that purchased them originally. Players can not share content on two separate Xbox consoles.

PS4 players are unable to share any content at the moment across console or account.

For anything to do with missing Operators or missing content we would need to discuss this in private after verifying your account.

Hello everyone, thank you for contacting us about your missing Operators on console.

To clarify on why some players may be missing Operators, if you are game sharing on Xbox, please read on -

For Xbox users, the game will allow you to play the game on different Microsoft accounts, as long as these accounts are used on the same console. Players can not share the game across separate Xbox consoles.

If your edition of the game came with Yearly Pass Operators, you should be able to share these with another account on the same console too, as their licence is tied to your base game.

However
, Xbox players are not able to share operator bundles bought from within the in-game store, Operators purchased from the Microsoft store, or operators unlocked with renown. These can only be used on the Xbox account that purchased / unlocked them originally.

If you are still missing operators from the game and the above game sharing does not apply to you, we would need to discuss this with you in private through a social ticket.

When you contact us through our support please make sure to provide us with a full uncropped screenshot of your proof of purchase of the game or any additional Operator bundles you have purchased.

Hello @L0ky69 my apologies that your support case is still ongoing, I read your case details and the case is still open and has been put in a queue with the relevant team.
 
Occasionally some cases may take a while longer to resolve when escalation is needed if we have high contact volumes after a game update, or during the holidays, as your case is placed into a queue.

Hi @chriss69g!

If you're missing operators that you've had in the past, this can generally be caused by not renewing an Xbox Game Pass or Ubisoft+ subscription! If you had either subscription at one point then you would have had access to the operators in the edition the subscription offers, once the subscription expires you would go back to only owning the operators you've purchased directly in packs, with credits or renown. If you renew the subscription or purchase the opreators directly you should be good to continue utilizing these operators again. If this is not the case, then please contact us so we can take a closer look into this with you.
