I am sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

Should you still encounter this issue, sometimes it is recommended to delete the configuration file in order to eliminate possible errors or to apply the changes in the system to the game. The file will then be automatically regenerated the next time you start the game. By default, you will find the configuration file to be deleted in the following folder:

C:\Users\\Documents\My Games\Rainbow Six - Siege\\GameSettings.ini​​

After you have deleted the config file, verify the game files again:

I just wanted to check to see if you are still encountering the Black screens? If you are, would you mind providing us the following information so we can look into this further for you?

1. Could you let us know some of the specs of your system?
- OS you're using
- CPU
- GPU (Including VRAM)
- RAM

2. Do you play on a Laptop or PC Desktop?

3. Is the game installed on the same drive as the launcher or on different ones?

4. Could you let us know on what type of drive they are installed on? (SSD, HDD, Virtual Drive, External Drive)

5. Screen resolution and refresh rate

This information would help us to look into this further for you.
