@Mr-Red-_ Good news! You are in fact able to merge two Ubisoft accounts into one at this point in time. With that said, if you have content on multiple platforms you're probably looking for a feature called cross-progression, which is not supported by Siege. During grace period all players will only see warnings so they can adapt to the new system.
