Just remember you should also be reporting players for toxic behavior, either in-game or through our support system. We appreciate you making a stand against toxicity.

Bottom line, there needs to be accountability by those that are initiating a vote-kick against a teammate. Everyone is different, but personally, I find vote-kick abuse more toxic than berating someone in chat (not that I condone either). If someone is being rude and offensive, I can mute them and I can report them, and I can keep playing (or leave if I want). If someone is initiating a vote-kick, I just gotta wait and see and hope my team allows me to keep playing the game that I also paid for? Toxic players enjoy upsetting others. What better way to upset someone than to deny them the privilege of playing the game by kicking them out of a public game server.I completely agree with the fact that Vote-Kick can be used in a toxic manner and has seen a recent increase. I think naming the person that initi... Read more

I've only been playing for a week. I have been vote kicked 3 times. Once after failing to win a round, twice at the very beginning of a round after joining a match in progress, which I'm assuming means the guy before me was vote kicked too. I've had several other vote kicks initiated against me without doing anything wrong. I've seen several other vote kicks initiated a...

With these recent changes, I think it reinforces the hypothesis that Siege is trying to appeal to a more competitive than casual crowd. What with Quick Play now have AA/DD, following the ESL ruling to a DEGREE, it seems to be strengthening the belief that Siege is not too concerned about those just coming to the game to play Casually/ for fun.
Ranked is also a good point as it follows AAA/DDD and vice versa, uses the ESL rotation of maps, and now has pick and ban. I do not think it is outlandish for the Rainbow Six community to assume that Ubisoft is directing the game in a non-casual direction.
The game is certainly m...
Why don’t you guys just say it like it is? Ubisoft and MS have scored an exclusivity deal for this haven’t they? Xbox benefits with more players and holiday time purchases, Ubisoft benefits either way. Not saying I don’t think it’s smart, just that there won’t be any harm in telling the truth.
100% not true.
We are rolling it out to different platforms over time. The order in which they are going live is purely for practical and logistical needs. As we stated above, "If the servers stability meets with our quality standards, we will deploy the servers on other platforms in the following weeks."

We are happy to announce than South African server tests during Operation Shifting Tides test servers were successful. We are deploying permanent servers in the country for Xbox One on Monday, December 9th. If the servers stability meets with our quality standards, we will deploy the servers on other platforms in the following weeks.
External link →Because there are some maps where it's just easier for the defenders. And some maps where it's easier for the attackers. Being forced to be the attackers for TWO rounds in a row, in a map where the deck is stacked in favor of the defenders, is essentially giving two round wins to the defending team at the very start of the match. They clobber the attackers, so they only have to win ONE more match to win the game. It's extremely unfair. AA/DD rotation in casual has to go. As quickly as possible. Can you provide examples of what specific maps you think are heavily defender sided? I can understand the pushback about this change is being amplified by maps like this.
As I understand, 'Unranked' is just 'ranked', only it...Read more

I think you both are right.
In the last phase of the previous season, Doc was practically unbeatable and a real threat.
On the other hand, matchmaming is not fair.
If it's true that free practice is a gym for callasifieds, explain to me how a novice can train if he can't even take a step! Matchmaking based on the K / D parameter is the real solution! Ubisoft but can you hear us?
