Hey,
One tip that can help with this apart from adjusting settings like Matt said is to try the following: Go to the .exe file in your Steam directory ({Drive letter}\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\{) and then right click it, select Properties, Compatibility and tick 'Disable fullscreen optimizations'.

Sorry that had to happen. We're working on improvements to address toxicity, TKing, and team-griefing - and I believe this is one aspect of griefing that we're also trying to solve.

This is the first since I've come onto R6 that it's been brought to my attention. If it ever happened to me before personally, then I probably didn't realize it honestly >.<

If you send me your Uplay username I can take a quick look but yes there's no way to tell currently if it was for an operator you don't have.

I know earlier there were problems with the XBox servers, but I've brought it up with the team since it seems to be across multiple platforms. If you're having these sync problems as well, please leave your platform + datacenter so I can get a better initial feel for the scope of the issue and can give some better direction for the team as to where to look.

BattlEye does handle cheat detection, but we still control account bans. If you legitimately were wrongfully banned by some kind of false-positive edge case, then send in a ticket to us. State your case clearly and be descriptive. We'll investigate and get back to you.

Hm, just looking at the basic specs it wouldn't seem to be an issue with hardware...
Do you run other programs while you play? Are you steam or uplay? What about the rest of your setup? Touchscreen monitors? Multiple monitors? Windowed? Borderless windowed? Fullscreen?

The best next step would be to send in your msinfo + dxdiag to support and we can do a bit of in-depth troubleshooting there to see if there are any other potential causes of the freezing

Go to shop > operators and then send me a screenshot of what you see when you go to the operators tab in the shop. (a screenshot with console or even a bad phone pic will do)

Is it also possible you already own all Y2 ops?

It just started today? There haven't been any recent updates so I wonder if it's just getting noticed?
Is it actually stuck there? (ie: you can't do anything else?) or it's just imprinted there? (so you see 2 mouse cursors) Is it the windows mouse cursor or is it the in-game cursor?

And a few questions for you all having the issue - steam or Uplay? Fullscreen? Windowed borderless? Multi-monitors or just one? Did you alt-tab before it got stuck or have you noticed anything you do in particular that makes it more liable to get stuck?

Unfortunately, as others have pointed out, an 8 day ban means that this is at least your 5th offense.

While the last incident leading up to this may have been an unfortunate accident, we can't overlook the other 4 times you have been banned for TKing. We want you to be able to have fun in rainbow and enjoy your time there, but we also want others to have fun too - and teamkilling is not part of our definition of fun. So once your ban period is over, please take this as a lesson learned and be much, much more careful in the future not to TK anymore.
