Yep, that's actually it! Didn't expect it to be found so quickly after I posted the above comment haha!
This was done with the +10 Summoning boost from a Clan Citadel battlefield. (Thanks to Isobel for allowing access to the battlefield)
Not sure if this is u/JagexFrosch's hidden dialogue or not, but it wasn't previously on the wiki and the baby dragon pet page stated that there was no way to understand baby dragons using this boost.
Ah! How did I not see this earlier, my notifications must have been bugged or something! Yes, this is the thing I was talking about ^^ I noticed that baby dragons were never given their own dialogue when I moved them to the pet interface, despite the fact that if you boosted your summoning at the clan citadel battlefield, you should be able to understand them going by the established rules. So I wrote some dialogue :D

Hi there, sorry to bother, but I was really curious if there have been any recent developments on defence resets. The fact there is even discourse about it has me over the moon that I may be able to revive my old account and play 1 defence again without spending the years it took to get to where I was again (ie making a fresh account)
I really don't want to pester anyone about it too much so please ignore me if there is nothing to share, I'm just super hopeful and excited about the whole thing. :)

This is ultimately an error in the News Post - the package is actually correct so we've fixed the News Post with the right information. This month's currency drop has more Runecoins than listed (400 not 200) but fewer Keys (20 not 35).
Really sorry for the confusion. We got together this morning to work out where the misinformation came from and we've just added an additional person to our verification process for Prime Gaming news who can help us catch incorrect information for PG drops.
