Sorry to hear that. To get back to support you can use the "Resume" button on your case. Additionally, "Live" support is also available outside the USA, and Cannada just at different times.

If your account is flagged as a Minor you don't have the option. If you mistakenly put in the wrong age when you first launched the game our Customer Support should be able to correct that.

PS: I strongly recommend removing your Player ID from the picture to protect your account.

You get a "Bye" when there is an uneven number of players matched in one bracket (7 instead of 8) and you can't be matched against anyone. Enjoy max banners and a free ride to the next round!

Make sure you have enough space on your device. If it continues, delete the game, clear the cache of your device and do a fresh and clean new install. Leave the game open on the main cantina screen for about 20 minutes (depending on your internet speed) to download all assets before start playing.

As others said, you can get 20 shards for a single character if you hit it twice. If you get rewards for 2 different characters it will be 10 shards each. Needs a bit of luck but it is possible.

The other half is hidden in the background due to the standard angle we use. It is only noticeable on Five's ship due to its very unique shape.

We actually raised this previously and it turned out that this isn't a bug, since all the mechanics are working as designed.
