We've brought this to the team for further investigation now.

Will reach back out to you once we have more information.

Could you try a fresh install of the game on iOS. Please also take a look at our troubleshooting guide. Let us know if you're still having issues after that.

Can’t PM you for some reason. Username is Kahl Ruefioo. Couldn’t tell you my guild name

We have looked at your account and can't see anything that should be stopping you from entering the event.

Can you try either tapping into the event and fighting the first Tier I or tapping the home button when possible.

Please let us know if this does not work for you.

Nice!! Are the artists are responsible for the animations? Asking cos i feel its a highly underrated part of the game. I was just admiring GG's AOE animation today during one of the TB missions. Pretty cool.

Yessir, that's our animator Drew Mueller. He's fantastic

I would if I could. I don’t have it saved, and as soon as I log in it forces me to go to the R2D2 event.

Okay we can try something else, how about your in-game name and your guild name? Please PM me if you have these.

Garret also gives us a view into the creative process that creates the art for the game, too. A lot more goes into it than one might think. It might not be coding or fixing bugs or game mechanics or setting rewards for challenges, but overall, it is nice to see a portion of the game from a different perspective.

Plus, the art isn't half shabby, either.

It's at least half shabby

Wow. Just like the Star Wars Universe. Literally no paper anywhere until the texts in the tree in Episode VIII and that bastard Yoda sets it ablaze.

Maybe I should rethink my opinion on force ghosts.

Star Wars is all ghosts.

Its a mixed bag. Star Wars is full of ghosts, after all. It's the most elaborate ghost story of all time.

In the high-res view, you can clearly see that these are digital art rather than other 'analog' forms. Very cool! I'm curious about your process. Do you draw these by hand first, scan them, and bring them into some kind of digital painting software to paint over? Do you use actual photos to either trace or model after? Or are these done 100% freehand on digital? I'm assuming you must use a tablet/stylus.

Either way... love seeing these in high res. Thanks for sharing!

Really depends on how much time we have and what state the 3d assets are in. If we have a good scene and character made, it saves a lot of time to pose them in Unity and paint over. Otherwise I do everything from scratch. The Rey artwork, for example, was all done from scratch.

We draw on Wacom tablets and Photoshop for this kind of work. There's no paper in the art room. It's all digital.

What’s the point of this? Just curious.

I suppose it depends on your values. Do you like looking at high res event artworks from the game? If not then there's no point, really.
