As you personally called me out here: Yeah, I think the stuff is awesome. I really like that we have more shorts now and that we have a hooded jacket.
As you said it's totally up to each and every person to have an opinion on the apparel, I just shared mine on State of the Game.
In terms of "we want x": It's definitely difficult to make something really everybody loves. We like the feedback that some players want more tactical stuff, more futuristic stuff and it'll definitely be part of conversations in the team that works on the apparel. No promises though, just to manage expectations.
Still, I think Heat Wave is awesome. :)

Hey. Thanks for the feedback. As lexaran pointed out in the top comment, we are unable to fix this issue as the data from these characters was lost. We want to introduce a better version of the barber which would allow you to fully re-customize your agent. I don't have an update on the status unfortunately.
We had mentioned this the first time the bug appeared and we fixed the underlying issue causing it but it's definitely worth repeating, thanks!

Can you please explain this? What more do you need to know about loot/RNG?. It's TERRIBLE. Getting a good chest piece is 10 times more rare than getting The Stone of Jordan from Diablo 2. What more do you need to know?
I just mean that I'm only the messenger so that information needs to be collated into something digestible. Recognising the issue, which we publicly have, isn't nearly as important as communicating our plans to address it. Once we have clear points to get out to you, we'll be telling you all about it.

This was there in PTS, should of been fixed for release!
We had a fix that should've improved the loading times between PTS and the live patch. Unfortunately a new bug has made it into the game that didn't get covered by the fix we applied. We're looking into fixing this asap.
ive been at WT5 for months now. completed Tidal Basin last night and well as that goal project months ago. there is a bug related to the crafting bench, shared blueprints and players having more than one character. not a user error it’s a developer error. those three things are the common denominators from the comments ive seen on discord and here. a going through extra steps to upload screenshot of what I described was wrong wont resolve the issue.
Sorry if you thought I'm implying a user error, that's not what I'm suggesting. We're trying to figure out what is causing it and how it's preventing players from upgrading. Therefore a screenshot is just helpful and my advise was more meant to clarify the steps to ensure we're not talking about separate things.

i only have one character now (deleted other one). logged out then back in and it is still telling me to complete the goal project to upgrade to WT5 crafting... like it’s telling everyone else.
Ok, thanks for the clarification. A picture will definitely help then. To confirm the steps: When you finish Tidal Basin and reach WT5 you have to manually upgrade the work bench to allow crafting to 490 and once you've acquired that update another, new option will be available. This will then allow you to craft Gear Score 500 items, but you have to use some high-level items to get there.

Can you try logging out and back in? Just to make sure, you are at World Tier 5, right?

no second character at WT5. had one at lvl 6 but deleted it. still saying “no upgrade available”. also I’m on console (Xbox)

For those unable to upgrade, do you have a second character at WT5?
If you do, could you check if you are able to upgrade the crafting bench using that character?
Any other information you think might be useful is much appreciated as well.
