Could you please confirm the server number you experienced this issue?
Also the location of your base and when (date) did this happen?

As stated in our official server rules we are unable to restore any of the lost items.

Could you try to put the same type of carpet in a different location and see if the behavior is the same?

Can you please let us know what PlayStation you are using? Could you let us know what internet connection you are using?
Also are you seeing this issue when trying to play in any mode or just specific ones? Ex: online official server, single player, etc.

Could you please let us know if you are using windows and if yes, what version (W10, W11).
Are you able to launch other Steam games with no issues?

It might be caused by one of the mods you are using. All we can suggest is that you try to remove these mods one by one and determine which one is causing the issue.

Are you referring to the ‘Time Restirct PvP Building Damage’ option? You sould be able to see this option in the Settings menu under General Settings.
