Try opening a regular case and let an advisor know about your situation. They should be able to transfer your case to ToS for review.

Are you using a Chrome browser? If not, try that. It might be good to be in incognito mode as well. If you're using a mobile device, switch the browser to use desktop mode.

You should be able to open a case at the link I provided. Choose your game and platform. Then, select missing content. That should let you open a case with an advisor.

Thanks for trying. Have you checked with your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues? Also, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not.

You said you tried switching internet. Did you try using a mobile hotspot? If not, do that. It's just a test to see if a completely different connection works.
