If you're talking about the Xbox gamertag being linked to an EA account that you no longer know the email for, that would need to be handled by one of our advisors and not Microsoft support. They will need to take you through the account recovery process. If you did that and they couldn't verify ownership, they won't be able to provide any information or make any changes on the account. If you have an EA Play subscription, you can download one of our sports games. They will display the email address of your account in the settings.

It's always possible there could be something hardware related, but we'll focus on other troubleshooting for now. Let's see if alternate DNS settings will help. From the Xbox home screen, go to Settings > Network > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual. (If Settings doesn't appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings). From there, enter the Primary DNS as "208.67.222.222" and the Secondary DNS as "208.67.220.220". If that doesn't help, try using the google DNS servers which are: primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.

I'm very sorry, but we can't help with this over Answers HQ. You can dispute the ban up to 3 times. If you've used up all 3 disputes, the ban will remain on the account.

Thanks for reaching out about this. It's possible deleting your personal saved data could help. Press the Guide button and then highlight the Apex tile. Then, hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it. Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it. There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this. Let me know what happens.

As I said, ToS performs very thorough investigations. We want everyone to be able to play, but we also can't have people breaking the rules. If they haven't found evidence that the rules were not broken, the ban will need to remain. I'm very sorry, but I don't have any other information on this as these decisions are completely up to ToS.

I'm very sorry, but we're unable to help with banned accounts through Answers HQ. If you've already submitted 3 disputes and ToS didn't find any evidence that the ban was given out by mistake, it won't be lifted.
