If you are frequently disconnecting, we should go through some troubleshooting. Do you play on a wired or wireless connection? Also, has it been a while since you power cycled your equipment? If so, try doing it now with these steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. While the email may be copied and pasted, it's being sent by a human that performed the investigation. They did actually view your case. I'm very sorry, but there is nothing we can do to help through Answers HQ. You're welcome to contact an advisor, but normally when no further investigations are available, the decision is final.

You should see it when logging in. Do you play any other EA games? You may be able to load into one of those and accept the Terms there.

Most likely, this is due to being on a wireless hotspot. Unfortunately, as long as a wired connection isn't used, you'll always be more susceptible to these issues.

I'm very sorry, but we aren't able to help with banned accounts over Answers HQ. If Terms of Service has performed 3 investigations and are still not overturning their decision, it means they didn't find evidence that the ban was given out in error so the ban will remain in place.
