There have already been 3 investigations. ToS has not found any evidence that the ban should be lifted. More investigations wouldn't change this so they aren't going to keep looking in to your account over and over again.
Unfortunately, there's nothing else that can be done if you've used up all the disputes and the ban wasn't overturned.

Banned accounts aren't something we can help with through Answers HQ. It sounds like you've already hit the max amount of disputes so, unfortunately, the ban will need to stay in place.
Do you have anything plugged in to the USB ports? Another controller, a racing wheel, a dongle for another device, or a headset? If so, unplug those and try again.
You need to reverse the account linking. If I'm understanding you right, you unlinked your Xbox gamertag and linked it to a different EA account. You need to link your Xbox gamertag to the original EA account it was linked to.
Nothing has been deleted. When you unlink your account and link it to a different one, your content doesn't show up because it's not associated with the new account. If you link back to the old account, you should see all the content you previously earned.

Unlinking accounts will cause all of your content to be lost, but you should be able to relink it to the original account to get everything back.
Unfortunately, we're not able to help with account related issues over Answers HQ. It's a security issue. You have to go through account verification before we can make changes to an account. This is something an advisor needs to do. Which is why we have to refer you there for help with anything account related.

Often, when this happens, it means you're resetting the password for the wrong account. The best I can advise is to confirm you're using the email address of the account you normally play on.
