Thanks for the response. Try deleting your personal saved data. You may lose settings changes you've made and any other offline saves. Normally that is all downloaded from the cloud, but I can't guarantee that. Go to Settings/Storage/System storage/Saved Data. Locate Apex Legends and delete the saved data. Let me know if that makes a difference or not.
Does your son have a smaller friends list by chance? I'm still wondering if there's an issue with how many friends you have.
Sorry to hear it. We'll continue troubleshooting. Are you on a wired or wireless connection? Also, try clearing the alternate MAC address with these steps:
Go to your Xbox Settings
Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

Unfortunately, I don't have any details on coin purchases receiving an update. Should that happen, it'll most likely be referenced in the patch notes. In the meantime, advisors should be able to help with any missing purchases.

Thanks for reaching out about this. We should go through some connection troubleshooting. First, are you playing on a wired or wireless connection? Also, has it been a while since you power cycled your equipment? If so, try doing it now with these steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not.

Did you want to unlink your PSN ID from the current EA account it's linked to and move it to a different EA account? If so, nothing will be able to transfer over, unfortunately.
