If clearing the alternate MAC address is not working, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

Try clearing the alternate MAC address with these steps:

Go to your Xbox Settings
Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

Also, you can try clearing the personal saved data for Apex Legends. To do that, please follow these steps. There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this.

Is this happening in every match? Also, something else you can try is clearing the alternate MAC address with these steps:

Go to your Xbox Settings

If they are continually telling you no, it should mean that can't verify the validity of your claim. In that case, they are not going to change their answer. We cannot help with missing content through Answers HQ.

You're very welcome. You could create completely new accounts and link them. Most likely, that's what will need to be done.

You can try that, but if it works, it won't bring over any of your content and progress. That is tied to the original account.
