Hey @RusOrcs-Gopnik being rude and abusive towards others is never acceptable never mind the circumstances.

 

If someone is breaking the rules then you can report them. Responding in an incredibly offensive and abusive manner is not allowed. 

 

As for deleting your account, sorry to say but our team cannot assist you in getting around a ban.

The severity of strike depends on a number of factors and one of those is previous strikes @F4LKD3RP4NZ3R.


If you have previously been banned then it is likely that the next one will be more severe.

Sorry to say @Gayliciously but if our TOS team has declined your appeals then there is nothing that anyone can do to change this. 

 

After a certain number of denied appeals our TOS team will not consider any more.
