Sorry to say @Gayliciously but if our TOS team has declined your appeals then there is nothing that anyone can do to change this.
After a certain number of denied appeals our TOS team will not consider any more.

Hey @TTV_Tiny76 it is not possible to transfer items between platforms, as such you will not be able to move your items to a new platform.

Hey @Ryan_Morford as you shared a screening of a post of mine I thought I'd responded, what I shared was a way for users using a surrounded sound setup but only getting stereo to check and ensure it is enabled. Users who have stereo setups but having issues with sound can also check it so as to ensure that they are not outputting audio in surrounded causing issues for them.
Changing those settings so that your game reflects your audio system setup does not give you a competitive edge.
