Hey @DI_Ethereal AHQ is a global community focused on players helping players.
If you require direct 121 support or to speak with an EA employee then our live support is the best avenue for that.
We CMs do our best to respond to as many posts as we can it can happen that we don't get to all, we see tens of thousands of posts a year and as you can imagine it's easy for a post to get lost.

If someone is abusive to you in-game you need to report them, reacting with abuse can result in action being taken on your account.
