I'm sorry to hear that. This isn't something we can look into from the forums unfortunately. As these are public boards where we're unable to verify or discuss your account details which is needed for missing content cases. With valid proof of purchase, the support team should be able to verify the claim and help restore the missing content from there. Usually when they are unable to help, it comes down to the proof of purchase not meeting the criteria outlined in this guide.

Hi @fi9ure,

I understand it's not showing up a Steam account but when you try to connect one up, it's telling you there already is one. It might be a visual bug that causes it not to display on your profile when you check and the support team can look into that for you. If there is, the solution is to unlink it but you should be aware that unlinking can be risky before going ahead with it.

Steam accounts can be unlinked, but you'd need the support team's help to do so. Saying that there are risks involved. Please take a moment to read through them so you're aware of what may happen before going ahead with unblinking it: Unlink your platform accounts from your EA Account

On Answers HQ, we're limited in the assistance we can offer and bans or suspensions are one of those cases where we're not able to help much. We can't look into them and we can't lift them. The Terms of Service exclusively handle those cases. If they determined that the ban should remain in place, I'm afraid that means the account will stay banned.
