I'm sorry, we won't know why you were banned. Our Terms of Service team handles bans and suspensions. They aim to send out an email to the address registered to the EA account when a sanction has been applied. Often, the email can get picked up by email spam filters and routes it through to a spam/junk folder, or if you have a Gmail account, it can sometimes go to the Promotions or Updates folder too. Could you search for an email from the address: ...

Let's see...900 coins from the Battlepass. If they had already arrived on the account, it's highly unusual for them to just disappear.🤔 Is it possible they were used? Can you remember picking anything up in the shop recently? Or gifting something to a friend?
