As long as Sion and Nihilus are present in the battle, you won't be able to land any damage on Traya. You'd need to defeat Sion and Nihilus and afterwards reduce Traya's protection to be able to damage her health.

The restore purchases option doesn't undo a purchase. It's there to help push content through if the content got stuck/didn't deliver after making a purchase.

If you want to split up your EA accounts from his, connected accounts needs to be unlinked and that carries risks. His account could be impacted by the unlinking. I'll share some EA Help guides for more information on this and if you'd like to discuss those options further, get in touch with the support team directly. They'll examine the accounts and let you know what can be done and the impact it will have for all involved after getting both account holders permissions.

  1. Email: Can you take a look through your emails? I'm sorry to hear that. This isn't something we can look into from the forums unfortunately. As these are public boards where we're unable to verify or discuss your account details which is needed for missing content cases. With valid proof of purchase, the support team should be able to verify the claim and help restore the missing content from there. Usually when they are unable to help, it comes down to the proof of purchase not meeting the criteria outlined in this guide.
