Hi @xfiami7mmagen

Thanks for reaching out to us on Answers HQ, but you're through to the forum team on here. We won't know why you're EA account might be banned, sorry. You're looking for the Terms of Service team, they would exclusively help and discuss ban cases. If you believe there's been some sort of mix-up with the application of a ban, they can be reached by ...

Hi @iiTzNuggett

Generally when the support team share they can't proceed with the claim it's because the proof of purchase didn't meet the criteria or wasn't legitimate. So, the best thing to do is make sure the contents contained in the images you're submitting match the specifications specifics outlined in that article for any PlayStation purchases, "How to provide proof of purchase":

Hi @T7QO

I'm afraid we wouldn't be able to help you out with that on Answers HQ. Our Terms of Service (ToS) team handles Sanctions and Bans on accounts though. You will need to reach out to them to have this looked into. This Guide and FAQ will help with reaching out to them: ...

Hi @Acece33

I'm afraid the forum staff aren't equipped to investigate ban or suspensions cases. It would be best to get in touch with the Terms of Service team by filling out the webform. Please check out this EA Help guide for guidance on how to do that: How to get more information about my ban or suspension

I'm not sure why the page linked via the email came up blank. Wa...

Hi @Akadehmix

The rules are there for a reason. It's as the Positive Play Charter says, "being part of a gaming community should be positive, fun, fair, and safe for all...Harmful behavior toward others is never acceptable. We want everyone to have a good time, so we will not tolerate bad actors and will suspend or ban players who negatively disrupt or engage in harmful be...

Hi @CrazyNumb3r4,

It's not robbery and no, not if the ban/suspension was correctly applied for rule-breaking...

It's never a great feeling to discover your account has be used by someone else, in this case your brother, and that they broke the rules while on there, leaving you with the ban. That does suck. However, hyperbole isn't helpful here. A ban in that scenario isn't a false one, it's correctly applied. You're responsible for the activity on your account:

Hi @Marzan_I505

There's no information I can give you to tell you the status of your account now or in the future. We won't have that information here on the Answers HQ forums.

If there's no email in your inbox, chances are you're not banned. If you've any concerns about the message, fill out the webform to reach  the Terms of Service team. They handle bans and suspensions...

Hi @Pioneer8100

I'm sorry but we won't know if or why you were banned from the forums. Can you take a look through your emails? If you've recieved a ban, there should be an email from Terms of Service that shares the general rule broken for example: ban applied for cheating/hacking/hate speech/etc. This article shares more about Apex and the rules: "Play by the rules in Apex Legend...

Hi @bobryan0103

Ok, there's no way around it; you'll need the help of the EA Help Support Team on this one then I'm afraid.

If you can pass the account security stage with them, they'll be able to help you make changes to the account information including updating the email registered to it. The opposite is also true though, if you can't provide enough accurate information to pass the verification stage, their hands will be tied. Please work with them to proceed with the case.

You can get back in contact them through the EA Help site: ...

Hi @Survivorflash

I appreciate you reaching out to us, but I'm afraid we can't assist with account bans here on Answers HQ. It would be up to the Terms of Service team to review the account and see if the ban can be lifted.  If they determined that the ban should remain in place, I'm afraid that means the account will stay banned. Sorry, I don't have better news, It's never a great feeling to discover your account has been compromised and then banned.

If you're concerned someone's hacked your account, I would still strongly encourage you to go through ...

Hi @bobryan0103

Thanks for checking those things. It sounds like you've access to the email that was at one point registered to the EA account. When you requested a password reset link to that email, did one come through for you?

Hi @bobryan0103

There isn't much we'll be able to do from the forums, aside from asking probing questions to help get you thinking about things and give you an idea on where to start looking.

For example;

  1. Can you remember the email account registered to the EA account (don't post it please)?
  2. Was there any purchases made through the Origin store that you can check for email receipts?
  3. Can you locate any ea emails in your email inbox (password reset links, confirmation emails, etc)?
  4. Are there any connected accounts linked up like a PlayStation or Xbox?
  5. Are you able...

Hi @katmallainious,

Ok, thanks for clearing things up. What it sounds like has happened is you've unlinked the EA account that your EA game saves are stored on and connected up a new EA account. As your EA game saves are stored on the EA account, not the device, your in-game progress will not transfer over when you change out the EA accounts.

The good news is linking back up your original EA account with the Apex game saves on it may restore the content:
