Unfortunately it's not possible to transfer progress in Apex from one account to another. If it was your PlayStation account itself that was banned, you might be able to file an appeal with them:

So to reach out you need to select a product, and then from there you can go on about what specific problem you're having. When in doubt, if you click "See more" you should see a big yellow/orange EA button with "The EA App" underneath. If you're contacting about account issues, that's always a safe one to pick.

An EA account can only ever have one of a specific type of account linked to it in its lifetime. So since you've had an Xbox account linked preciously, you won't be able to link a new one. We have an article here with some more information:

Hey @torletduckmax,

Apex Legends doesn't support cross progression, so your two accounts (even if linked) will separate, and progress won't carry over between them. Unfortunately there's nothing we can really do right now to change that.

As per the article I shared above:

 

  • You can unlink your platform accounts from your EA Account if you want to link them to a different EA Account, as long as that EA Account has never had the same account type linked to it before in its lifetime.

    That means if you unlink an Xbox gamertag from your EA Account, you can’t link a different Xbox gamertag to it in the future.

There isn't really an "unbinding cycle". Once an EA account has been linked to something else, it's linked to that forever.

Unfortunately an EA account can only be linked with one of a particular account in its lifetime. So if you had a Steam account linked previously, you won't be able to link a new one in the future. You can still relink the old one if you'd like, though. We have some more information in the following article:

Unfortunately we're not able to look into bans here on the forums. It sounds like you've already reached out to our terms of service team, which is the right way to go, as they can take a look into this for you to see if it's justified.

But if they've already responded that it is, and you don't use chat in any way in-game, then is it possible that maybe it's an account name issue? Could that be flagged as offensive and be causing you to get these temporary bans?
