Hey @megapunch5858,

There isn't a built in way to delete your Apex Legends progress. You could in theory delete your EA account and make a new one I suppose, but you'd lose absolutely everything on the account, so I wouldn't recommend that, especially since everything you can unlock in Apex is just cosmetic (Other than legends, I suppose).

If you play on console, I'd recommend doing that even less, since Apex has been known to get very unstable if you unlink your account and link it elsewhere.

If you're absolutely certain that you want to delete your account,...

@Fresco_7x,

Again, it's because an EA account can only ever be linked to one of a specific type of account in its lifetime. If you look at the article I linked above:

When you link accounts, it creates a lifetime link to protect you from malicious activity and help prevent performance issues in your games.

You can unlink your platform accounts from your EA Account if you want to link them to a different EA Account, as long as that EA Account has never had the same account type linked to it before in its lifetime.

That means if you unlink an Xbox gamertag f...

@Fresco_7x,

In that case I'd reach out to Steam support to see if they can reactivate that Steam account for you. Otherwise your best option might just be to make a new EA account and link your Steam to that instead.

Hey @xSiderealx,

Respawn have disabled a number of Ash skins (her rare and common ones) since they were causing crashes. We have a tweet about it here:

No word on when they'll be back just yet, ...

Hey @a40d4j6059,

An EA account can only ever be linked to one of a particular type of account in its lifetime. So if you've previously linked a different Steam account, even if you unlink it, you won't be able to link a new one. We have an article with some more info here:

https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/unlink-gaming-accounts-from-ea-account/

Hey @R3saar,

Unfortunately an EA account can only ever be linked to one Amazon account in its lifetime. So while you unlinked the old one and can relink that again if you want, you won't be able to link a new Amazon account. We have some more information in this article.

Hey @DarkXenome,

So long as everything is linked correctly, your progress will indeed carry over from the EA app to Steam. Standard smile If you just wanted to make 100% sure about your linked accounts, you can log in here with your EA account details, and it'll show you everything you have linked.

Hey @zPromethean,

An EA account can only ever have one of a particular type of account linked to it in its lifetime. So since you've already had an old PlayStation account linked, you won't be able to link a new one (although you can always relink the old one again).
Unfortunately I can only really recommend making a new EA account and linking your PlayStation account there instead.
