I assume you're reaching out to live support via email? It might be a good idea to try to start a chat with them instead.

When you pick your product and platform, try selecting "Orders" -> "Check order status". That usually gives me the option to start a chat. Just be sure to inform the advisor what the actual issue is.

Hey @shahthewolfz,

Apex Legends doesn't support cross-progression. All of your progress will still be there on PC, but if you want to start playing on PlayStation you'll have to start from a fresh account, I'm afraid.

Hey @CMK9332,

Unfortunately there is currently no way to transfer progress between platforms. While your PlayStation progress will still be there, if you want to play on Xbox you'll have to start from a fresh account.

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner, but I've asked around about your issue and this appears to be an issue with DX12. If you're using a command line argument to force it, could you remove it to see if that solves the issue?

I know that the studio is working on fixing it, but I don't have any word on when that will be yet.
