Have you tried starting the game via the EA app? If it was a Steam code it should immediately go into your account, but if it was a code for EA then you'll need to start the game via the app in order to get your coins. It's a bit of a weird quirk, but it should get you the points you're owed.

I'm sorry to hear that you feel like you've been banned unfairly, but this unfortunately isn't something we can help with here on the forums. Our terms of service team are the only ones able to look into account bans, and as they've decided to uphold the ban despite numerous appeals I'm afraid there's nothing else I can recommend.

From what the email says there doesn't appear to be a ban on your account, so you should be ok to keep playing our games.

Hey @RvTlz,

Am I right in saying that you unlinked the platform that you play on from its original EA account and linked it to a different one? Unlinking will cause you to lose all of your progress, and Apex is especially temperamental when it comes to account unlinking. If you link it back to its original EA account there's a chance you'll get all of your progress back, but it's not entirely guaranteed.

An EA account can only have one of a specific platform account linked to it in its lifetime. So unlinking your Steam account to link a new one is unfortunately impossible. We have a bit more information in this article:
