Hey @vipex9786,

 

Did you successfully unlink your Steam account in the end? If so, did you link it to a new EA account? Because all of your progress is stored at the EA acount level, so if you unlink your Steam, none of your progress will carry over.

If you bought the coins via Steam we'll have to refer you to them and their refund policy. Our support can only help with purchases made straight through the EA app, for the rest you'll need to go to the storefront where you bought them.
