Thank you all for your contributions above! @SSL-Elite159, outside of converting the drive, your C: drive may be a better candidate for Darktide.

Sorry to hear that. You should be able to work around this by:

Delete Darktide AppData & Verify Integrity of Game Files

NOTE: This will reset any custom keybindings.

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to: AppData\Roaming\Fatshark
  4. Delete the entire ‘Darktide’ directory
  5. Launch Darktide as normal

You will then need to use the ‘Verify Integrity of Game Files’ option, which is accessible via the Steam client and will ensure the installation is complete.

  1. Right-click Darktide in your Steam library sidebar
  2. Select ‘Properties’
  3. Select the ‘Local Files’ tab
  4. Select the ‘Verify Integrity of Game Files’ button
  5. When complete, close and reopen Steam

I’m having some trouble locating your account, do you know your Fatshark Account Name? Or, could you share your operatives names with me please?

Comment

Could you tell me which region you’re playing from, and the name of your ISP please?

No problem - all done.

I’ve restored what I believe is the correct weapon - let me know if there’s any problems.

I’ve restored the weapon for you.

I think this is the result of the ‘Custom HUD’ mod.

You’ll need to have your laptop checked out ultimately - or, if it’s still under warranty, reach out to the manufacturer.

Could you see if there’s any improvement with the latest hotfix installed please?

Comment

This is a redundant issue caused by our launcher. The error can be ignored.

There is a lot of mod spam in the crash data which will obscure it unfortunately - I know it’s a pain but would you be able to reproduce the issue without mods?

That’s taken me by surprise! Thank you for letting me know - I’ll keep it in mind.

It looks like I mixed this up! It’s actually Ration Pack referenced immediately before the crash - my bad.

In order of reference:

  • Ration Pack
  • True Level
  • True Peril

and so on.
