This is usually the result of bad routing, is one of you able to connect your PC to a mobile hotpot only for a short period to see if you can connect whilst under another connection?
Could you try wiping your Darktide AppData directory?

To make sure you receive responses in a timely manner I recommend contacting us via the Support Portal which I understand you say you’ve already done, but looking up your email address produces no results.

I missed this initially, but your GPU drivers are outdated by more than a year.
We have released a new update on the experimental
branch in Steam which contains new logging to support our investigation. To crash whilst using this branch would actually be very helpful for us!

Could you also share a crash report with us, please?
It looks like you’re experiencing mostly GPU-related crashes but there are some vague Access Violation crashes in there, which I’ve raised with our developers. I apologise I’m not able to help more with this.
We’ll check it out. Would you be able to also upload your darktide_launcher.log, please?
