We are aware of an issue whereby bombs are currently behaving incorrectly, and not exploding when they should.

I believe the crash can occur when opening any chests currently.

I suspect you may have started brand new progress during the time of this issue. Unfortunately any progress made during this time had to be wiped in order to restore everyone’s existing backend data. Very sorry for the inconvenience

We are aware of an issue whereby bots giving any potion to a Necromancer player can cause Sienna to temporarily (for the rest of the match) lose her Icon of Death.

We’ve identified a couple of these crashes now, and we’re cooking up some fixes.
Some of the crashes appear to be unique though, which is a little odd. I would recommend to try reinstalling Vermintide 2 for good measure in case there’s an issue with your installation.

We are aware of an issue introduced with the Necromancer update causing some portrait frames to appear to be missing.
Please be assured that your portrait frames are not missing, but are currently hidden in the UI due to this bug. We are working to resolve this soon!

We’ve checked crash reports for your account and have only been able to find one recent crash when you hotjoined (we are investigating this).
At the end of missions, can I confirm what error, if any, is being displayed? I’m wondering if you may be encountering connectivity errors instead.
