@Fashinok, could you please provide us with a screenshot of the store page and what you are able to see?

The bundle page should be there, and adding the bundle to cart should adjust the price if you already own the base career. Seeing what you see will be helpful for us to identify the issue hopefully!

Also, can you please check the list of all DLC in the store and see if the bundle or cosmetic upgrade is available there?

Can you please try the following - select the Outcast Engineer career and scroll down to the bundle, then from the bundle page are you able to add just the Outcast Engineer Cosmetic Upgrade to your cart for purchase?

Thanks for the info and confirming. Also, just to check, do you have the Steam Overlay enabled? As this is required for any in-game purchases to work.

If the issue still persists, then next I recommend to try Verifying Integrity of Game Files:

  1. Right-click Vermintide 2 in your Steam library sidebar
  2. Select ‘Properties’
  3. Select the ‘Local Files’ tab
  4. Select the ‘Verify Integrity of Game Files’ button
  5. When complete, close and reopen Steam

Can you please check again now? I suspect this issue was my fault as I input a section of code to your account with an additional “,” by mistake. Now this has been removed I’m hoping the error should resolve. Please let me know!

Hi @all,

I’ve spoken with one of our Audio Developers about this, and they suggested to try the following please:

  • Verify Integrity of Game Files
  1. Right-click Vermintide 2 in your Steam library sidebar
  2. Select ‘Properties’
  3. Select the ‘Local Files’ tab
  4. Select the ‘Verify Integrity of Game Files’ button
  5. When complete, close and reopen Steam
  • Set Audio Channels to Stereo headphones (or speakers if you use speakers)

  • Set Audio Quality to ‘High’

If this still doesn’t work as intended, there may be some local changes to your sound (e.g. some surround/5.1 headphones come with software to emulate surround or spatial sound) - please try disabling this if so.

From the testing we’ve done everything appears to be okay, but if there are cases where sounds are definitely not playing for you, then a video if possible of this happeni...

This can be selected from the launcher options. Please ensure both of you are playing in Official realm.

I’ve checked your account in the backend, and can see you have the following portrait frames unlocked:

  • Equerry of the Blazing Sun (Champion completion frame)
  • Champion of the Blazing Sun (Legend completion frame)
  • Executor of the Blazing Sun (Cataclysm completion frame)

Can you please check again? If the Cata frame is still missing can you please screenshot your visible frames.

Hm I’m scratching my head a bit with this one! :frowning:

If possible, can you temporarily hook your PC up to a mobile data connection and see if the issue persists?

If you can load in and select a character with the mobile connection, then this can point towards a network/connectivity issue.

Hi all,

We’re still currently investigating. One of our backend developers has asked if anyone still affected by this issue could please try the following -

Set your DNS Servers on your PC to Google or CloudFlare running without VPN - and to check if this resolves the issue.

This isn’t a long-term fix, but the results of this will help us to narrow down the issue :slight_smile:

Gotcha. There are unusual references in your log to Easy Anti-Cheat, Razer Chroma and Twitch - so I’m suspecting the issue may be EAC-related.

As above, can you please check Modded realm and see if that works?

After that, I recommend to try disabling any Razer software to see if there’s any change.

Another thought, are you using a VPN or any mods?

If so, can you please try disabling these and check if there’s any change?
