Hey everyone,

Appreciate the issue being flagged. I can assure you that this was not intentionally done and it is being looked into. I know that people often share their frustrations, but I am asking that posts expressing feedback and concerns are civil/respectful.

Yes, the forums here are considered an official platform. That said, I have spent a lot of time understanding the culture here including what has been done in the past, expectations of both player and dev, what can be improved upon or changed, balancing moderation presence etc... since I've been brought on board. While I cannot go into details regarding what actions we take against posts and accounts that violate our guidelines and Rules of Conduct, please know that we do take them. It won't always be obvious in the public eye, but there is a lot of movement behind the scenes. Warnings are given, and accounts can and have been suspended or outright banned.

My end goal is to cultivate a healthy community and that is obtained in various ways outside of moderation and cannot be done in a short amount of time. There is a lot of history here, and I'm doing my best to empathize with player and dev sentiment alike.

I do want to remind everyone that if you are experiencing harassment in-game, please report it. Violations of our Rules of Conduct are not permitted. If you are experiencing harassment off our official platform (such as in Discord, Twitter, YouTube, Reddit etc...), I encourage you to use the reporting tools that are offered by those platforms as we do not have moderation control in those spaces.

Can you tell us the specific items that are giving you this issue? That will help out a lot with narrowing these down and also assist with repro.

Hi again,

Wanted to update the thread with our findings. We did not see any points that were rolled back on your character or account. Additionally, we did not received other reports based on the same issue. If multiple players were losing their CP, we definitely would have been swarmed with reports. As of now, we do not see anything showing loss of points; however, we have record of your report and will be keeping it as reference in the event similar issues happen in the future.

As you are still experiencing an issue and the recommendations from others have not resolved your issue, I will be moving this thread to the appropriate sub-forum. You posted in General Discussion, so I will be moving this to the Bug Report sub-forum.

Secondly, I also encourage you to report this in-game as well and include as much info as you can such as the YT link that you posted later on in the thread. Use /bug. Please keep all that info in a consolidated format, so it will be easier to review, repro- etc...

Lastly, what happened in Texas was more than a power outage. While we do value all of our players, the safety and recovery for our teams is the highest priority right now. This is not a simple flip of a switch scenario and everything is immediately 100% again. Understand that and have more empathy, please.

As far as moderating the forums, posts that violate our rules are deleted. We encourage civil conversations and we ask that players follow our guidelines.
I am also asking you to be civil with me and other community members here.

If you are not aware of the situation in Texas, we experienced a state wide weather crisis. Most of us literally could not contact anyone for days while the worst of the ice storm hit us. There was no power, no heat in freezing temperatures, no internet, no water, and no cell service. My communication focuses during this time was doing what we could to provide shelter, warmth, food, and clothes for people who needed it most. As I wrote in my post yesterday, we are working toward becoming fully operational and will provide updates as we can. I am asking for your understanding in that this also includes adjusting and updating communications.

Hi everyone,

Wanted to check in on a personal level and let you all know that we are still recovering from the Texas ice storms that hit us last week, but we are working to become fully operational. Many of us were without power, water, gas, internet etc... for the majority of the week, and we appreciate everyone who has sent us positive and uplifting messages.

We will have game focused updates soon, so please keep an eye on all our official channels as usual. We thank you for your continued patience as we continue to recuperate and bounce back from last week�s crisis.

Regarding the difficulty concerns you bring up, no changes have been made.

For the the UI/graphics concerns, there could be something wrong with your client, so we suggest a repair for now. If you continue to experience further issues, please post a detailed bug report.

I was going to hop into the other thread you made, but since you mentioned it here as well, we thank you for the lag report and it is something we are keeping an eye on.

1) I closed the thread because the discussion could be taken elsewhere which it has. The OP of that thread has posted here, in the thread I suggested to them. The post has not been removed. In the thread I closed, I stated the reasoning why it was closed. Information should be consolidated. Multiple threads made of similar topics or starting a new thread when the topic/discussion can already be found elsewhere is considered spamming.
