Unfortunately, there isn't a simple concise answer.
The goal is to bring back the rewards where applicable, in the case of specific rewards what's applicable changes.
If for example, we ran another FSW in the future it would make sense to have Halos again, but we don't have that all planned out at this moment so giving a "Yes this is definitely happening" or "no this won't ever happen" style answer is likely to blow up in our faces.
Hey Folks, unfortunately due to an illness there won't be the scheduled "Making Garden of Kharid" stream today. It is tentatively rescheduled to Tuesday next week.
Hotfix is completed and Protean Essences are available in packs now and you should be able to exchange your Proteans to Essence. Please note you wont be able to exchange essence to other proteans currently.

Hotfix PSA : Runecrafting Proteans will be available in Protean packs & you will be to convert other Proteans to Protean Essence post hotfix. Converting Protean Essence to other Proteans unfortunately can't be hotfixed but we look to include this option in next weeks update.
