Accounts in Fresh Start Worlds are full-fat RuneScape Accounts that follow you into the main game. Your account is not deleted or reset at the end of Fresh Start Worlds.
Just saying, it'd be really dumb if rewards from this event can't be transferred over to people's main accounts afterwards.
Restricting rewards to the event accounts (even post-event) would kill all incentive for people to participate.
You absolutely can transfer them onto your Main should you choose - that's one I'll confirm now just to avoid confusion with that bullet point.
Congrats on the early find there! You won't be waiting long to hear about this in full - we'll be dropping our full announcement tomorrow (Monday) at 3pm Game Time.
I do want to stress that this isn't the full picture of what Fresh Start Worlds actually is. The leaked page is missing some important context on why some things are the way they are and what this is all about - which is coming in our official announcement.

We believe this issue is now resolved and all looks normal. We'll be monitoring our services closely over the coming hours in case the issue reappears.
We are currently aware of an issue preventing players connecting to RuneScape. We're on it.
If you are in-game and wish to continue playing, please do not World Hop or log out while this issue is active.

I'm really getting the feeling you released them into the wildy without actually making a drop table, especially if it couldn't be fixed within a week - you just picked them up from ED4 and dropped them in the wildy. Can you look into this please?
We're targeting those going into RC this week, so our hope is this will be sorted for next week. Unfortunately we couldn't quite squeeze the changes in for today's update.
Three-hundred-MILLION accounts have been made for RuneScape to date and we're still a little stunned honestly.
It's an amazing number and one worth celebrating - so we're throwing a party in RuneScape all month at the GE! As the cherry on top, Double XP: LIVE kicks off this Friday too.

Update on Livestreams
As we've not had one for a couple weeks, I just wanted to let you know we are looking to potentially get some Livestreams out this week (and we're working on a Q&A for the near future too - we're working things out around people's holidays).
Given this is a major update, we didn't want to commit to a stream in the TWIR this week that we may end up cancelling or rescheduling if the team have bigger hotfix priorities. We'll keep you updated on it as we'd love to hop on a stream this week to talk about Wilderness!
An important message about the early hours of this update...
It’s pretty major work to take a significant area of the game and transform the way it looks and operates. An update like this will therefore bring with it some risks. We want to be ready – even over-prepared – for the unexpected.
When the update deploys, we will be taking our Worlds down for a few minutes to take a snapshot: a picture of your account, who owns what, etc.
If any major issues occur, we will then have this snapshot to roll back to if absolutely necessary.
For this reason, we recommend that up until 16:00 Game Time you do not take part in any activities where you might gain something valuable that would be painful to lose.
Again, we don't expect anything bad to happen, but it may be best to remain cautious!
This means we'll get no update for August or?
We have a new content update dropping on Monday. Look for an announcement tomorrow!
