The last time this was done we were told it would be recorded and shared. This has not been the case. It is important for those who are unable to make it to still know what has been said otherwise the entire point of this being an alternative way to communicate is thrown out the window.

We'll make sure to record them too! We're just going to do them live so we can bring the chat responses into the discussion and make it more of an open chat with each other and the community.

One of the weak points of our current Q&As is we have a lot of amazing questions up front, so chat usually helps us ask for more nuance on an answer or maybe a few added questions at the end.

Hopefully you'll feel these shows can be more deep-diving than the Livestreams can always accommodate and being there live gives you more chance to be part of the conversation. Keen to see how you all feel about it and we'd love any feedback as always.

Thank you for calling this out - that was meant to be pulled from the post and got missed in the publishing process obviously. Really sorry for the confusion.

Our next Prime Drop isn't ready as yet. Essentially, some issues were found in testing the rollout that meant we had to postpone it. We're still on track for sometime this month, but we can't lock a date in quite yet until this is fully figured out. We'll keep you updated as best we can (and avoid any more scheduled post surprises!).

We have a Q&A! We're going to use this General Q&A to get through as many of your questions as we possibly can. We have a LOT already, but feel free to drop more as responses to this comment and we'll do our best to get them in. Thanks for bearing with us on this, it's long overdue.

As a heads up, we're still looking to do more team chats beyond this over the coming weeks as we lock down team availability - both on stream and through Discord Stage 'talk show' style shows.

I'm sure the Art Team will really appreciate seeing this, it's a project they are massively passionate about. There's no particular news to share on this other than the post I made recently - to sum it up, there's some technical challenges that have put the project beyond the scope that was allocated for it which means production is significantly slower right now.

We have a stream penciled in for November 4th with the Art Team to show off some awesome R&D work for non Player Avatar based projects that are also being worked on - and hopefully we'll have some more to share on Player Avatars Refresh by then too.

Hey everyone,

On top of the post /r/Mod_Miva made yesterday, we can now confirm the actions we've taken on this - the player has had a wealth removal action taken and has been issued a 2 week ban for abusing our Lost Item Claim system.

Just to add a bit of a personal take on this, from my time seeing the team on these sorts of claims through Lockout, there's usually a LOT of diligence that goes into these checks. We're disappointed that a very small amount of players took advantage of the Login Lockout aftercare situation with false claims as we wanted to give the benefit of the doubt due to the impact on genuine players.

As a result, in this case, we have removed all wealth and items erroneously claimed. We've also banned the player for 2 weeks as a result of their actions and dishonesty...

We were going to cover this in the Leads Q&A tonight, and we still will when it comes around next week, but we didn't want to hold this response back due to logistics issues.

We've heard a lot of perspectives both here and elsewhere around the inclusion of Overloads in a bundle like this - much of it constructive (which is massively useful to the team and we appreciate it greatly!).

After taking some time to review all the community responses, we wanted to let you know that we currently have no plans to add Overloads to future bundles. As always, we're here reading and considering all your feedback. Thank you for all your thoughts!

We really don't want to put them through that as I'm sure you can all understand.

While this should be fixed within 24 hours, realistically we don't see an opportunity in everyone's schedule to bring us together for this stream until next week without making it shorter - and given the delay, we feel like it should be longer if anything to get more questions in.

We would very much love to do more of these! The Art Team has found them absolutely invaluable to the process and getting to build something this significant with all of you has been a blast. Plus, we all need more Mod Iroh in our life right?

The reason we've been radio silent on the project for a while now is a technical issue that emerged in the full production phase that didn't rear it's head in the proof of concept tests.

What we've found is the various components that make up a head (ie. head, hair, beards/lower face, hats, helmet etc) were not built in one standard format over the past 20 years. This wasn't present for any of the content used for the Proof of Concept testing. When we went to test implementing this across all our content, we've found a lot of issues related to this that need resolving before we can bring this into the game.

Given that technical challenge wasn't caught at proof of concept, that means a lot of additional QA/dev work that ...

I see that there's no mention of the hitbox issues people are experiencing. I thought I should chime in and mention that the hitbox for DG doors also seems to have been affected and there are "dead zones" (or "breaks"?) in the hit box, more or less.

The team are across a lot of the feedback that's come in for this front - the hitbox feedback is definitely on the radar for consideration.

  • The Scripture of Wen and Manuscripts will now correctly be found in Normal Mode and Hard Mode drop tables.
  • Hard Mode common drops (and Dark Nilas) have had their quantities increased. These will be updated on your next kill streak.
  • The third Pillar of Ice in Hard Mode will now correctly despawn.
  • Practice mode will no longer appear on the boss instance interface for the Arch-Glacor.
  • Fixed occurrences of the Enhanced Nightmare gauntlets effect not triggering.
  • Eliminated a rare player-state where mechanics could be toggled off in Hard Mode.

This is intended. It's further integration of the TrueType font we've been implementing across the game bit by bit, which is important for font scaling and text legibility.

We hear the feedback on the available font sizes though. The team are looking into potential options we could add for future Game Updates among other things.
