Hi everyone!
We're aiming to gather up some developers tomorrow for another General Q&A session.
General Q&As are more focused on the game and design-based questions with a variety of J-Mods from the team. Please be aware that we'll be starting the more official Death Cost discussion we mentioned up very soon, so we won't be putting too much emphasis on that in this Q&A.
Just to end on a final heads up (as I'm sure some of you are wondering) - it won't be too much longer until we can kickstart some Leads Q&As again! Our new EP and the team have been completing some intense planning so we're nearing the point where we can make some introductions and give you the kind of answers you want from these Q&As. More soon!

Hey Hooli, just wondering, is the tech issue that prevented the Art stream last week still a problem? its a stream I'm looking forward too, so not seeing it in upcoming livestreams is a tad dissapointing

We're going to deliver a metric ton of EGWD drop rates in December. We're working with the team to gather up all the info from each Front and then we'll get it out there.
Has the currency issue been looked at? Mod Cam said he was looking into it, but there’s been no update on the issue yet.
We are - there's actually a few regional currencies we're checking into. No significant updates to share still yet but progress is being made.
Do we need 5 free inventory/bank spaces for next monday, or do the Bonds go to Bond pouch?
Straight into the Bonds Pouch for these ones as they are full Bonds (ie. tradeable etc).
I was locked out for 3 weeks while having premier and have no deal, and never even knew there was a wish that people got, who can I talk to?

Is the Bond refund a time-limited thing (i.e. those affected will have to buy Premier Club this week)?
It's time-limited to this window of availability for Premier Club. Once the Premier Club 2022 offer ends on March 1st, the Bond return offer will also end (as will the real-world money discount). Hope that helps!

Were you an active Premier Club 2021 Member at the time of the Login Lockout? This only applies if you had Premier Club when the Lockout occurs just to be extra clear.

You can't get all the rewards if you purchase premier currently. I made a new account and bought premier. I was able to claim the outfit from the benefits page, and the montly drop, but the rest of them are unavailable. I did get the loyalty points on login aswell.
The things broken currently (afaik):
Premier artefact - where is it?
Keys
Bank spaces
Vault access
Instance(?)
Vip world access
Runemetrics discount
Chat badge
Comment if I missed something.
The benefits page just tells you to "buy premier to access these rewards"
We've almost got this resolved - the team have been working on it urgently throughout today. Thanks for your patience so far.
What about premier club members who were impacted by the lockout but don’t wish to purchase the 2022 premier membership? Do we get compensated in regular membership or do we completely miss out on the compensation altogether?
We added 1 month of Membership for the Login Lockout on top of the time we covered while you couldn't play - so once your Premier Club runs out, you'll switch to that. We don't have any other discount plans for standard Membership I'm afraid.
I had a recurring 1 month membership plan; just bought Premier with bonds and I've got all rewards except the Chat Badge and the Premier Artifact which Diango won't give nor it is in the bank.
