Hi everyone!

We're aiming to gather up some developers tomorrow for another General Q&A session.

General Q&As are more focused on the game and design-based questions with a variety of J-Mods from the team. Please be aware that we'll be starting the more official Death Cost discussion we mentioned up very soon, so we won't be putting too much emphasis on that in this Q&A.

Just to end on a final heads up (as I'm sure some of you are wondering) - it won't be too much longer until we can kickstart some Leads Q&As again! Our new EP and the team have been completing some intense planning so we're nearing the point where we can make some introductions and give you the kind of answers you want from these Q&As. More soon!

We're going to deliver a metric ton of EGWD drop rates in December. We're working with the team to gather up all the info from each Front and then we'll get it out there.

It's time-limited to this window of availability for Premier Club. Once the Premier Club 2022 offer ends on March 1st, the Bond return offer will also end (as will the real-world money discount). Hope that helps!

  • The issue with some Premier Club benefits not becoming available after purchase should now be resolved. Please log in and out if you were experiencing this - sorry about the disruption there.

  • We can confirm we will also be able to offer Premier Club Login Lockout impacted players a discount when buying through Bonds as well as through real-money purchase! See Q1 of our FAQ for details. We'll have more to share on the real-money discount for impacted in the very near future.

You can't get all the rewards if you purchase premier currently. I made a new account and bought premier. I was able to claim the outfit from the benefits page, and the montly drop, but the rest of them are unavailable. I did get the loyalty points on login aswell.

The benefits page just tells you to "buy premier to access these rewards"

We added 1 month of Membership for the Login Lockout on top of the time we covered while you couldn't play - so once your Premier Club runs out, you'll switch to that. We don't have any other discount plans for standard Membership I'm afraid.
