Just wanted to hop in and clear some things up that have understandably been a bit confusing!

Druid's comment isn't representative of any overall shared design opinion here at the studio - just an individual comment amidst the chat. It was a less serious 'watch Spear and Hooli learn PvM' stream yesterday, and in the tone of the chat it was more of a light, not serious comment (which was the intention).

That comment aside, we do know this is a really big topic for loads of you and it's a continued topic of discussion here at Jagex too - especially since Combat Week came into existence.

Mod Pi, who is one of the designers on the Combat Council, has this viewpoint for example: ...

If you did not have the expected amount of Charges, please log out and back in for this change to take effect. If you have used all your 100% charge before this hotfix was released, you can reclaim your Guardian's Gift containing the missing charges from Diango.

EDIT: This Hotfix also resolves an earlier reported issue with accessing the Deep Sea Fishing merchant's shop.

Some potential good news on this as of 16:45 Game Time: we have a fix in with QA now that's undergoing testing that we'll be looking to get out there asap.

This fix is subject to testing - so no promises just yet - but progress is being made. As soon as we have more, we'll let you know.

(Since many of you are asking, just to reconfirm, you can use your 100% Wishes charge in the meantime. We'll be topping up the missing Charges so it shouldn't impact anything, though if you use all 100%, you will need to reclaim the item itself from Diango once the fix is out).

Can you inbox me their RSNs? We have had some reports of this but it's usually been unrelated strangely.

Thanks for the continued patience everyone. Unfortunately we don't have a firm update to share just yet, but the team are looking at every possible solution to work out what would be quickest and most effective to get this resolved.

We're aware some people are reporting not receiving extra charges from the Wishes despite having been a Locked Out player. We're looking into this urgently and we'll be back with more updates as we get them.
