Hello Ironman community!

With almost everyone back in-game, we're now ready to kick start some conversations around our future plans for doing right by Ironman players.

Ironman as a mode has much more sensitivity for us to consider than the base experience, and whatever we do in our future plans needs to take the expectations for the mode into account. That said, we really want to do more for those impacted and we hear the feedback clearly on this. 

We see our upcoming Wishes as a really big opportunity to better serve the asks we've seen out there, so today, we're looking for your thoughts on some of the areas we are considering to allow Ironman players to participate in through the Wishes and get your thoughts.

Hey there. We're working on an update hopefully very soon for this - it's still very much our focus and we should probably have a destination set up for this so you don't feel this way. We'll look into upping things.

These remaining accounts will take more time, but last I heard we had some potentially up for release coming up so progress is being made. Thanks for the continued patience on this.

We're working on fixing this - we've seen a few people keep hitting an error for some reason. In the meantime, it's worth trying these steps while we get it fixed:

  1. Hard refresh your browser (ctrl+f5)
  2. Avoid any special characters in their subject/message
  3. If it still persists, feel free to PM me a shot of your network console if you know how to do this.

Even during February my bank was worth a lot more than what I'm left with now.. Hopefully the aftercare team can help me out here

We absolutely do - not sure what makes you feel that way. GE has been one of the hardest bits to restore which means we've had some outlier cases and we're prepared to support those.

Back in 2013 my account was hijacked and subsequently banned for advertising gold selling websites. I successfully appealed the ban back then by proving that the account was hijacked and the ban was quashed. My account has been secure since then.

The account was caught in the roll backs, and I'm assuming that this has flagged the activity back in 2013 on my account resulting in it being permanently banned. The ban was dated just after the lockout in March.

Could someone please have a look at this, because this is completely incorrect. Username: 0rio

I'll pass this to Player Support to investigate now.

This is correct. We extended the event until April 11th.
