We will definitely have some clear support paths for everyone after Full Restore day. With anything involving this much data, there's always a potential for outlier issues - and we'll be ready to support from Full Restore Day onwards.

I just want to be really clear on your last point when it comes to the selected Beta players.

The players who are invited to the Beta are selected by data needs only. Anyone invited will be giving us feedback on the quality of the restoration they see on their account in the Beta.

This is our way of broadening our quality checks of the restoration process - by having real accounts with real owners being checked as a sample group of all impacted accounts, we get an indicative read that helps us ensure the accuracy of the process.

If any issues are spotted, this Beta is about fixing those issues in our telemetry translating process for everyone before Full Restore Day, rather than changes for the individual account.

Just to set expectations though, based on where we are today, we'll be talking more in our thinking and intentions rather than a detailed announcement. That's the kind of conversation we'll be ready to have by the time we announce the Full Restore date.

We'll discuss this on stream tomorrow. We won't have final plans in detail to share just yet (full focus has been on getting people playing) but we can definitely speak to our intentions more as initial discussions have been taking place.

Hi everyone,

A briefer update for you today, but we wanted to let you know work on the Account Integrity Review Beta and the restoration of accounts has progressed as expected. This sets us up well for the week ahead and we're hoping to be able to confirm a start date for the Account Integrity Review Beta very soon.

As a reminder - we won't have a Game Update tomorrow, as we continue to put all of our development focus on returning players to game.

And then when all of that is done you start on the small portion (which i lucked out and was a member of) that has the second issue. Am I going to be able to login in March? April? This is some crazy bug you all ran into.

There's a couple things here I can offer a bit more info on!

The accounts are being restored throughout this process ready for Full Restore Day, but we're just doing a beta first to sense check the overall quality of that work with players (on top of our own testing). That helps ensure the best results for everybody.

In terms of the smaller group who got locked out by us to protect the accounts, those are being dealt with alongside all the other impacted accounts. They aren't at the back of the queue or anything.

Update @ 18:00 Game Time, March 13th

Hello everyone.

The team continues to make strides towards the Account Integrity Review Beta we announced yesterday.

Today, we've completed our initial preparation work on the 'Beta' servers that will be used - this will allow the team to begin testing and finalising the game environment ready for next week's launch. We'll be continuing this work over the coming days, alongside preparing all the relevant surveys and support channels needed to run the program effectively.

Alongside this work, we're also continuing to restore accounts using our telemetry solution, and readying those for further testing.

That's it from us today, but we'll be back with another daily update tomorrow. Thank you once more for the continued understanding and patience.

I havent been able to pvm in 2 weeks without client crashes. I would hate for everyone to return to the game only to be plagued by regular client crashes.

Further crash fixes are definitely a priority again once we get everyone back into the game.

All the accounts are selected based on data - this is all about checking the process and not about the people behind the accounts in terms of who gets selected. There's no prioritization of particular community folks or anything like that going on.

There's no way to sign up for the Beta, at least in our current plans. Accounts are going to be selected based on the needs of the process and invited.
