i dont think the beta server is open yet, i'd expect to start hearing things in about 2/3hrs
They're open! Initial feedback has been coming in over the last hour and a bit.

Why has no one received an invite yet then? Everyone who said they had here were confusing it with the one received last Friday, the 19th.
We've got people joining our Discord Beta server so it's definitely getting to people.
The first wave will be relatively small, but each wave will be progressively bigger.
If you're an impacted player and we don't have you back in game by the time the event starts, weโll be sure to include any missed items in the welcome back package to make up for any lost time.
Do you mean by the time the event ends? or is it some currency type event where there'd theoretically not be enough time if people get their accounts back pretty late into the event?
It's an event with earnable currency involved yeah.
Basically what we're saying is, if you join the event late in any way, we're going to make sure to include plenty of the earnable currency to kick off your return based on the number of days missed (if any).
Curious question, but if we find something major still incorrect with our account after restoration, will we be able to submit some sort of support ticket for that, or will we be SoL? I know the ideal scenario is that everything goes through perfectly, but Iโd like to be prepared and know my options if it doesnโt.
We're still finishing the plans for the process, but yes - we're going to have a direct line to support for further assistance if anything on your account isn't restored as expected.
Will you post an update each time the emails are sent out? Even if I am not invited it would be nice to be able to follow the progression within official posts.
Great idea! We'll make that happen.
When will the beta invites start going out so we know when to watch for them I donโt check my email a lot but would be nice to know a general timeframe
Wave 1 went out over the last couple of hours.
Any info on how the jmod accounts youve already restored are looking? Weโre they missing anything? Worked flawlessly and accounts look great?
We've made huge progress with them. We had some hit the mark pretty much out of the box, some had areas for improvement. That was a really good thing for us though, as the ones that emerged with a few issues have informed a bunch of improvements to how we translate telemetry data into account data.
They proved to be a great 'canary in the coalmine' as Mod Warden says, and all of them are in a really good place today.
The Beta will really let us know if that work has paid off when you spread that to a lot more accounts. With the scale of data we're interpreting, this is a really good opportunity for us to identify anything else and make refinements - or to confirm we're in a good place.
ffs not even the combat fixes this week..... better fix them client crashes next week aswell... that are going on since you deciced to run multi threaded on cpu.... what caused them crashes!!!
The crashes are a top priority behind the restoration work - as technical resources free up even more from the restoration project, we'll be looking at doing more to address crashing as soon as we can. Thanks for bearing with us in the meantime.
Update @ 18:15 Game Time, March 22
Hello everyone,
We hope you've been well these past few days. Here's the latest on our efforts to get impacted players back in the game.
Account Integrity Beta
The Account Integrity Beta is on track and will begin tomorrow morning at 09:00 Game Time!ย We're going to be sending out access details to our first wave of testersย shortly, with more test waves to be invited throughout the week. If you received an email on Friday, your account has been identified as a potential candidate to receive access - but it's not a guarantee. Keep an eye on that inbox.
Anyone invited will be asked to log in to a special Beta environment to examine their own account extensively and let us know how they feel about the quality of the restoration. We're hoping to see lots of positive feedback, but we do want to stress that we expect outliers - and anything we find, good or bad, will be used to ben...
Read moreIt's something we're still looking at. We're unlikely to have an answer today simply because the full force of work is going on making sure the Beta lands tomorrow (which it will!) but it's something we can likely look into more tomorrow.
One small update on this - the emails were are sending are service based emails, which means the Opt In status doesn't have an impact.
We know some of you are not receiving emails though and it's an ongoing conversation - but not being able to Opt In through your account shouldn't prevent this!
Apologies if this has already been answered elsewhere, couldnโt find any updates since Friday.
How is the beta coming along? Is it still on track to be ready tomorrow?
Have invites been sent out?
How did the restore process work for the jmod accounts? Did it work like you wanted or did things go wrong?
We'll have an update to share very shortly!
I don't know what in my post is giving that much vibes to you that you have to call me out to chill. I think it's very on-point.
I'm trying to get information on a topic that caught my and others' eyes earlier. Hooli replied on friday that he doesn't know the answer yet, but they are looking on it. I think it's safe to assume that today is good day to ask if there's additional information.
EDIT: altho, my post now centered more around beta access emails, it's been on-going problem during this all this time. This is why players are reporting that they don't get update emails that are supposed to be sent to new players affected of lockout. This is much more bigger than just beta access.

We do really care about this - the week the Login Lockout occurred, we were shipping hotfixes to address the crashes every couple of days.
The team are wrapped up in the Login Lockout restoration right now, but this is really high on our list of priorities. Technical resources are beginning to free up and we'll hopefully be able to get back to addressing these pretty soon.
Can you comment anything on the email settings? Yesterday people noticed that certain email settings on an account is preventing updates messages coming to players' emails. Could this be fixed for this case?
It can't be Jagex's benefit that certain beta testers won't even be notified that they got access to beta just because they have certain email settings.
It's on our radar to look at. The email situation, especially with settings you can't access, is an odd one.
Hopefully we'll have more answers on this in the next couple of days, I just don't have one right now I'm afraid.
I believe that this is/was the prime time to fix bugs instead of halting the updates altogether and then releasing new content while people are still locked out.
But Jagex being Jagex, they rather had the entire team solving the issue and say "f**k you" to the (supposed) 99% of the players who can still access and play the game, just to keep the affected (again, supposed) 1% happy-ish.
We haven't decided we won't be doing that, if that helps.
We just made the call to change course Friday evening on major content updates, and we'll catch up early this week to decide what that balance is.
Mod Hooli said if you got that email its a good sign that you'll be invited at some point during the beta. Not everyone got one! :)
It's a sign you are potentially going to be invited, though I should mention only a small portion of those who got one will likely get the chance.
We are just trying to make sure anyone who might be selected has an eye on their inbox in case they are invited.
I just hate how they pretend to work through the weekend, its just so disingenuous...
People are absolutely working through the weekend.
So basically a f**k You to the rest of the players no?.. no god wars dungeon 3, ed3 bug fix, graphic bug, no bosses.. nothing? very nice jagex i've seen why this place is such a piece of shit.. f**k everyone who wants new content. jamflex making a nice move
We haven't said we won't do any of that. We just hear the feedback on major content releases and have made the call to postpone Rex Matriarchs.
We'll have better answers next week once we've had a chance to discuss this further.
My understanding is its just a heads up of the beta instead of a direct invite. Using the words "may be invited" makes me think that's the case.
If you got that email, it essentially means there's a chance you'll be invited to the Beta as it progresses. Not everyone got this.
It's not a guarantee of an invite, but we want to make sure any candidates have an eye on their inbox next week.
Will we still get the combat ninja patches?
We'll have those kinds of specifics next week. This is a late Friday night decision to postpone based on the feedback we've seen today, so we honestly don't have any answers just yet.
