Update:
We have a programmer working on a fix for this now. We’ll have to put the fix through QA tomorrow before releasing it.

You can keep playing PVP normally and the incorrect scores will be corrected in the next 2-3 days (bear in mind I am giving a much wider time frame than the devs gave me because I like building in wiggle room in case something goes wrong in testing)

Are you receiving any error message when it crashes?
Is it kicking you back to the Playstation home screen or which screen?

It’s currently possible for the weekly region restrictions in PVP to be a duplicate of the previous week.

This is expected behaviour (not a bug).

We know getting a 2nd week with the same restrictions may not be as fun sometimes, but the intention is how the restrictions are chosen will be changed later as part of the overall plan for pvp, as there are more changes coming to PVP in the future to give it more depth and make it more engaging.

Update:
This should be fixed after daily reset.

As the League groups of 30 players aren’t symmetrical, it is possible a player will show up in more than one group, but it should be anywhere near as consistent as we saw it in the first week in the Emerald League.

Basically, the problem is we forgot to include the update release date when the patch notes were dropped early. We’re sorry about that and will be more careful in the future.

We’ve been asked a lot to release the patch notes earlier than the morning of, so we’ve been attempting to do that. This time we were able to drop the patch notes a week early, which we felt was a good length of time prior to the update, for everyone to see them and discuss.

As you’re currently the only player reporting this, and as a simple reinstall will solve this for you, I can’t do anything further to help you at this stage.

Just letting you all know we’re still working on this as the top priority at the moment.

It’s possible it got worse on Friday as more people play on the weekends.

Sorry, lag is the worst.

I spoke with the team about this and the Room data for Nightmare Circus is actually already in the game and there were changes made in 7.2 to make sure unreleased rooms wouldn’t be grabbed by the Underspire.

They’re going to triple check all the release dates on everything as we had some schedule shuffles for December and January.

So at the risk of jinxing anything it should go smoothly :crossed_fingers:

Heya, this is standard for subs in Gems of War. If you purchase more than one the extra days will add onto the end of your current sub.

We have players who purchase multiple subs at once to keep it running.

We’ve made some improvements to performance so there should be less lag now. We’re currently also working on further improvements which will take more time to work through, test and release (possibly able to release these improvements sometime next week, we’ll keep you posted), but hopefully what we’ve already done has improved things a bit.

The underlying issue is fixed as far as we can tell, if you never stopped experiencing the issue and also didn’t reinstall after the last time on the original bug report when we mentioned reinstalling would work that time, and had that confirmed by everyone - then your issue is a continuation of the original bug and not the bug being reintroduced or new.

This is an important distinction. Because it means either the bug is fixed and you just need to reinstall to clear your data and have the fixed files installed OR there is a new bug that requires a new and different fix to the previous one.

Currently, from the information provided it looks like you just need to reinstall as it appears you never received the fixed files.

I know it’s a hassle and I apologise that it’s necessary.

Hey,

These issues should have been fixed months ago, everyone who reinstalled at the time had the error resolved I believe.

I wasn’t able to reproduce the issue on my iphone either just now.

When was the last time you tried reinstalling? If it was before the last time we updated the original bug report for this, the reinstall should work this time.

I know it’s a massive pain to do but I would be surprised if it didn’t work at this point.
