Sorry I realise we may not have made any clear enough posts about this after looking through my post activity to see what exactly I said:

The problem wasn’t that the battlecrasher was missing, it was that its chances of appearing were less during a Vault event, but it was still possible to encounter.

Hey thanks for letting us know about these incidents with the empty shop and also the [TASK_TITLE] thing.

The game does need to download the latest content in order for it to show up which a simple restart will solve, however, we did implement some changes to help prevent this from happening as frequently for most people so I’ll mention it to the team.

Hey, I’m sorry to hear you were bullied in the game chat :frowning:
If you encounter someone breaking our community guidelines in the chat, you can click on their name to report them. We do have our CX humans checking the reports as bots aren’t very clever when it comes to understanding what was said, so while action may not be instant, it will be followed up on.

Unfortunately, this is a known issue.
If the guild members who missed out on a troop write to support we will fix it up for them.

Due to it being the holiday period we won’t be able to fix this up for them until next week though so I apologise in advance for the wait.

Hey folks, we’re still passing your feedback along to the team.

Someone mentioned that the Soulforge may not have been intended to be completely upgraded within this week and perhaps we could have communicated this better.

They are correct, this content is longer term content and we don’t expect most players to finish levelling up their Soulforge quickly. Gems of War has been around for 7 years and we want longer term content in the game so we have goals to work towards in the future while playing too.

The Cursed Gnome appearance chance is low intentionally, however it was raised based on feedback. Hardcore players will always progress more quickly than middle - more casual players. But all of the content is available to everyone. This is also why we do things like have the scheduled 24 hour pet Rescues, so that adventurers who play more casually can still earn all the pets.

Hi folks,

Someone asked why this won’t be fixed until the next update so I thought I’d share the answer with everyone here as well:

Unfortunately, this fix requires the game to go through the submission process with the stores again, which is why it will be in the next update (version 6.1.5) and not a hot fix.

Regarding the Cursed Gnome, we’ve been passing the feedback you’ve all been posting onto the team.

The appearance rate was increased and in the data we can see that worked.

As this is a new Gnome, as always the team are monitoring the appearance data as well as the feedback about the new content and continuously review this information to decide whether tweaks to the balancing should be made.

Hello Adventurers,

We have investigated the reports that the Vault event is reducing the chance of a Kingdom Pass Battlecrasher appearing (especially for 9th and 10th encounters with him).

We have released a fix that should improve the chance of him appearing while a Vault Event is running (though there will still be some RNG that may make is seem like he has a lower chance than before).

Hi Fleg,

We sought further information from the Dev team about this last week and found that this is working as intended. I think we probably missed answering as we received the answer late on Friday so I’m sorry about the delay in communicating this.

Because Natura’s Star is a new Weapon it won’t appear in the Soulforge for a few weeks.
Normally, we don’t encounter situations where we’d expect a new Weapon to be in the Soulforge so soon after the Weapon is released because it’s unusual to have the same Kingdom be the weekly event Kingdom 3 times in such a short period. But it usually takes a few weeks for things to be added to the Soulforge.

The information I have is that it won’t be in the Soulforge until after this current Campaign has ended.

I’m not sure what exactly you mean by refund consulting, but if this is about requesting refunds from Gems of War Support our policy is to correct issues with missing purchases, or in the case of a technical issue with a purchase we can offer an exchange.

If neither of these are options, or if the customer wants the actual refund, then our policy is to direct the customer to the store they made the purchase from and we include the link to the store’s support page to help make it easier.

Hi Adventurers,

There are going to be a couple of issues with this week’s Campaign Tasks which we want to inform you about:

1. Duplicate Tasks

When re-rolling or skipping Tasks this week there is a chance that the new Task you receive will be the same Task as the one you just skipped/re-rolled.

2. Bonus Tasks

Some players may receive a bonus Task above the number of Tasks that would normally be released during the Campaign.

These issues will be fixed for future Campaigns, however, unfortunately, we’re unable to fix them for the currently active Campaign.

Hey, in future we will respond at least once a week for larger issues like this to let you know it’s not forgotten about but if people complain that we are replying with no substance or info or complain we’re replying instead of fixing the issue we will stop doing that and only post when we have new information and next time we won’t revert on that stance.
