New Mythic Troop: Piscea

To celebrate the release of this new Faction, we will be running a Faction event over the weekend for Fire Rift.

Not this week, I think it’s next week. We’ll include it in the weekly blog post when it goes into the Vault

phew, there was a small file that went out for some new content this week, my guess is your game didn’t download it immediately, but once it had it sorted itself out. Yell out if you get this again during the week but my guess is it’s completely resolved now.

Can you please try the troubleshooting steps here and let me know if you still get the issue after?

Heya, as others have mentioned, closing and re-opening the game will force the game to download all the information for the newly started events.

We did make changes that should prevent this issue from happening but sometimes there’s still a restart required (often, opening your game mail or the pvp menu will make the game check for new content as well).

Is this related to the problem this player is having here?

Hey, this is a known issue which has been reported to the team.

This issue should purely be visual.

I know you’re all very frustrated with the lag (and it’s understandable, there’s nothing worse than wanting to sit down and relax on a game and have lag or other tech issues), but please remember not to swear as we want everyone to feel comfortable reading and participating on the forum and we have players from all walks of life here, including families.

Just following up on this with more information:

The Vault Event increases the chance of a Vault Key dropping, so even though the Cursed Gnome has 0% chance of dropping a Vault Key, the event’s vault key chance increase was applying to it. We are putting in a change so prevent this from applying to the Cursed Gnome in future Vault Events.

We will not be running an extra Vault event, but there’ll be plenty of future Vault events in future

There is no code that does that.

So with this bug USUALLY what happens is that the affected players receive a different Legendary or Mythic Troop (rarity matches the Troop they missed from the LTs).

We ask players to write to support so in the chance they missed out completely, we can send them the Troop.
